Modular Systems

High efficiency filter units designed to clients exact requirements. These offer complete flexibility in the air capacity required and the waste collection method selected.

Central Systems

These systems allow all the machines from various workshops to be ducted to a single extraction unit.

Workshop Systems

Where a central system is not a feasible solution, our smaller workshop units control one or two sources of dust or fumes.

Individual Units

These units can be located next to  individual machines, or sources of of contaminant, and electronically interlocked with them to turn on and off automatically. Some units can be mounted under a bench, or supplied with a worktop.

Machines with Extraction

Machines such as sanders, polishers and grinders are mounted directly on to one of our LEV units to form a unit with integral extraction.

Fine Dust Units

Compact self-contained units with an extra large filtration area to airflow ratio to control finer dusts and powder applications.

Filter Units

Ideally, dust should be captured at source by using a correctly designed extraction hood. However, some workshops may have occasional activities for which permanent extraction has not been installed. Self-contained units, with ceiling or bench mount options, can provide the solution.

Airbenches/Down Draught Tables

Airbenches and down draught tables are ideal for use with hand tool operations that produce dust or fumes.

Spray Booths

Self-contained booths, or spray rooms for use when spraying large articles. Available in any size.

Extraction Hoods

Bespoke, specialist extraction hoods and manifolds are designed and manufactured by P&J's skilled sheet metal  fabricators, in-house. We can manufacture them to fit all models of machinery and extract effectively from all source types.

Hot Metal - Hilo Hoods

These hoods for use with brazing hearths, forges etc. where extraction is required at two or more levels.

Benchtop Fume Extraction

Designed for applications such as small-scale spraying and graphics work such as applying aerosol adhesives, lacquers and airbrush sprays. 

Fume Arms

Manufactured from transparent plastic or aluminium according to the properties of the fumes/gases that are to be controlled.

Welding Arms

Suitable for use with welding fumes. Self-supporting and flexible in all directions.

Duct Items

P&J manufacture all duct items including special pieces.

Flexible Hoses

We keep a large stock of various hose types such as Stayput, high temperature etc.

Waste Bags

Our bags are made from heavy duty virgin polythene and come in a variety of sizes that not only fit our units, but those of many other manufacturers. If a direct fit is not available, we can provide an adaptor.

Fabric Filters

P&J manufacture, in-house, a comprehensive range of fabric filters in a wide range of filter media. As well as filters to fit  all leading makes of extraction unit, we manufacture one-offs for all types and brands of extraction units including obsolete ones.

Airflow Indicators

We provide, calibrate, test and install a range of pressure gauges suitable for negative pressure systems ranging from -20Pa to -15000Pa.
In addition, for fume cupboards and small booths, P&J fit an airflow indicator suitable for face velocities of up to 2m/sec.
