DUST EXTRACTION |
Dust emissions are a serious hazard to health and can result in occupational asthma, respiratory disorders and cancer.
It is a legal requirement for ALL companies to comply with The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) 2002 Regulations, as amended 2004, to control exposure to dust below specified levels. These regulations also state that the dust extraction plant must be tested at least every 14 months.
P&J Dust Extraction specialise in providing a total extraction solution tailored to meet the specific requirements for each individual workspace. Because all our equipment is designed and manufactured at our UK site we can guarantee total quality control over all components and systems designed with all relevant Health & Safety features to comply with current legislations.
All P&J dust extraction units are centred around a dynamically balanced impeller to ensure maximum efficiency and to eliminate vibration. Motors are totally enclosed, fan cooled and fitted with additional dust seals. For further efficiency, the appropriate filter media is selected for the application.
