Text Box: A 'Substance Hazardous to Health’ is a substance that fulfills one of the following criteria:
 
It has been specified an exposure limit [WEL] in the HSC publication EH40/2005
 Or
 It is listed in part 1 of the CHIP Regulations approved Supply List as Hazardous
 Or
 It is a Biological Agent
 Or
 It is a Dust of any kind with a particle size that is inhalable, present in a concentration in air exceeding 10mg/m3 over an 8 hour TWA
 Or
