Fan Units
Our centrifugal fans span a wide duty range of volume and pressure combinations.
This enables P&J to deliver a whole range of impeller and fans, from the “chopper type” (RDC Type) of impeller which can go on the dirty air side, to squirrel cage (MBC) fans which go on the clean air side. P&J aims to operate at or close to maximum possible efficiency for the design duty.
Impeller Types:
B Type: Backward Straight blade impellors, available in 3 widths and varying numbers of blades, Blade tipping and reducing technology for precise duty matching when running at synchronous speed, Very high efficiency incorporating smooth flow, Suitable for handling relatively clean air but will tolerate light dry dust. Sizes from 250 – 2400.
C Type: CW – CM – CN – CE / Impellors, Backward Curved blade impellors, available in 4 widths and varying numbers of blades, Blade tipping and reducing technology for precise duty matching when running at synchronous speed, Very high efficiency incorporating smooth flow, available with Aerofoil section blades, suitable for handling relatively clean air, will tolerate light dry dust, Sizes from 250 – 2400.
HF Type: HFW – HFM / Impellors Backward Curved blade impellors, available in 2 widths and varying numbers of blades. Blade tipping and reducing technology for precise duty matching when running at synchronous speed, high efficiency incorporating smooth flow, suitable for handling relatively clean air, will tolerate light dry dust. Sizes from 300 – 2400.
HPC Type: HPC B1 – B2 – B3 – B4 – B5 – B6 / Impellors, backward Straight blade impellors. available in 6 widths, blade tipping and reducing technology for precise duty matching when running at synchronous speed, medium to high efficiency, suitable for handling relatively clean air, will tolerate light dry dust. Sizes from 300 – 1350.
MBC Type - MBCW – MBCM – MBCN / Impellors, forward curved blade impellors, available in 3 widths and varying numbers of blades, medium efficiency , delivers a high volume of air for a given size, suitable for handling relatively clean air, will tolerate light dry dust. Sizes from 300 – 1350.
RDCW Type – RDCM – RDCN – RDCEN / Impellors, open radial blade impellors, available in 4 widths, blade tipping and reducing technology for precise duty matching when running at synchronous speed, available without backplate, suitable for heavy dust / material. Sizes from 300 – 2400.
